Patient satisfaction

During August 2006 a random selection of surgery sessions were taken for each partner and all patients attending those sessions were offered a questionnaire for completion on their specific experience at the surgery. This included a number of government set criteria such as waiting times, satisfaction with staff and with the doctor’s explanation of their problem. We are delighted to report that the overall score for “satisfaction with the practice” came out at 91%. This is well above the government’s benchmark figure of 78%.
