You can now request your prescription online. You need to register for this service by going to https://patient.emisaccess.co.uk . Or by signing up to the NHS App. Once you have registered and before you can use the service you will need to bring some photographic ID into the surgery.

You can leave your request for a repeat prescription at reception or post it to the surgery. Tick the items you need on the right-hand section of your previous prescription form. Your prescription will be ready for collection 72 hours later. If you prefer, we can post it back to you (you will need to provide a stamped, addressed envelope).
We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment.
We do not take prescription requests over the telephone.
